Kimberly joined Canyonside Labs as the Quality Assurance Manager in April 2024. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UCLA and began her career in her hometown of San Diego, California, where she gained valuable experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Kimberly initially used her background in chemistry to perform analytical chemistry testing methods in the pharmaceutical industry. Her career advanced as she moved into the field of nanoparticles, where she developed novel analytical methods, created GMP documentation, and took on a supervisory role for the MSAT team. This diverse experience highlights her exceptional technical proficiency and leadership capabilities.
At Canyonside Labs, Kimberly ensures that all quality testing and manufacturing processes are meticulously adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision. Her unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills drives her success in this role.
Outside of her professional achievements, Kimberly has a rich background in Polynesian dance, having taught and competed in Hawaiian and Tahitian dance for over 20 years. Her leadership skills were honed through this experience, alongside her time teaching students of all ages. Kimberly also has a creative side, having played guitar and sung in both an indie all-girl band and with her Polynesian dance group.
Originally from Chula Vista, San Diego, Kimberly’s diverse background and multifaceted skills contribute to her exceptional role at Canyonside Labs, where she continues to drive excellence in quality assurance.
